Les conducteurs(trices) se forment pendant une semaine (35H) en suivant un programme pr\u00e9cis de r\u00e9vision : code de la route, sant\u00e9 au travail, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 bord et aux abords des cars, prise en charge des personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, r\u00e9glementation&#8230; Une semaine qui s&rsquo;annonce riche en \u00e9change ! A la fin de la formation, les conducteurs(trices) recevront leur attestation de validation des acquis. Cette attestation est valable 5 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formations conducteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour devenir conducteur(trice) de car. Il faut \u00eatre titulaire du permis D et de la Formation Initiale Minimale Obligatoire (FIMO), le titre de transport professionnel est une formation compl\u00e8te que nous pouvons financer. Elle dure de 3 \u00e0 6 mois. La r\u00e9ussite des examens est obligatoire pour devenir conducteur(trice) d\u2019autocars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Elorn bus&amp;cars, et Le Roux bus&amp;cars. La FCO est prise tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux, car les entreprises s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 offrir un service de transport s\u00fbr et fiable aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette formation continue. Les conducteurs et conductrices sont mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 faire face aux d\u00e9fis de la route et \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs passagers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FCO constitue donc un pilier essentiel de la pr\u00e9paration en amont de la rentr\u00e9e scolaire.
